- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training, capacity building, programme management, or content development in the social development, government, or institutional sector.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programmes, including Training of Trainers (ToT) for diverse stakeholders such as government officials, field teams, community leaders, or institutional partners.
- Experience in developing training content and learning resources including training modules, facilitator guides, presentations, manuals, and awareness materials.
- Experience in conducting master trainer trainings and capacity-building workshops, with hands-on facilitation experience.
- Experience in working with government agencies, NGOs, development partners, or international organisations in programme implementation or training initiatives.
- Experience in designing and implementing awareness campaigns or community outreach programmes related to social issues.

- Strong ability to design and deliver training programmes and Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions for diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in developing training content including modules, presentations, facilitator guides, manuals, and awareness materials.
- Ability to plan and implement large-scale capacity-building initiatives and training programmes.
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills to work with government departments, NGOs, development partners, and subject matter experts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for conducting workshops and training sessions.
- Ability to manage programme documentation, training reports, participant feedback, and monitoring of training outcomes.
- Capability to conduct training sessions and develop content in English and Telugu to support statewide programme implementation.

| Languages |
Should be fluent in Telugu and English. Knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage. |
| Work Location |
The position will be based at Women Safety Wing, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad.There will be intra-city and occasional inter-city travel within the state for project implementation and monitoring purposes, for which commute will be provided as and when required. |
| Compensation |
The remuneration payable is INR 75,000/- per month, with an annual appreciation up to 10% based on performance, continuance of project and availability of funds. |
| Initial Tenure |
The tenure of the contract is co-terminus with the project funding. The initial contract will be for 1 year, extendable annually based on performance and project requirement. |
