By proceeding with this registration, I (the Participant) hereby understand, declare, and agree to the following: 

• Honesty and Accuracy:
  I declare that I have completed this registration form honestly and that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
• Grant of Rights:
  I agree and state that all content, responses, and materials submitted may be fully and responsibly used by Bandung Choral Society on behalf of the Indonesia Youth Choir as the organizer.
• Purpose of Use:
  I grant permission for these materials to be utilized for purposes including, but not limited to, promotion, documentation, and enhancing the value of the activities and the organization.
• Accountability:
  I understand that any misrepresentation of information may result in disqualification from the audition process.
