Thank you for applying to have a stall at the Temora Town Markets. We will be in contact with you via email to confirm your spot. Please check your junk folder. Each stall will be advertised, so clear photos are a must. Categories are capped to ensure a variety of stalls are at the markets. Please don't take this personally if you don't get accepted and please still apply for our next market.

1) You can only sell what has been listed on your application form
2) You must confine your display to you allocated space.
3) You must man you own site and be responsible for the security of you stall site and all products there in. Temora Town Markets DO NOT hold any responsible for product damage, personal injury, stolen goods, customer returns or stall cashflow.
4)You are responsibility for leaving your site and surrounding area clean and free of rubbish
5) In the event of your cancelation, a refund for you stall fees will only be issued in extenuating circumstances, and if 14 days' notice has been given a $25 administration fee is non-refundable
6) All market stalls must hold a current 10 million dollar Certificate of Currency. A copy of this has to be attached to your application form
7) Market stall selling food must comply with the food act2003. Attach a copy of your food handling certificate on each application
8) Each market will commence rain or shine! We do not refund in the case of bad weather. We will do our best to accommodate or bad weather. If this isn't possible we will refund you.
9) All information collected will remain confidential
10) invoices will be sent out when you have been accepted to the markets. Please pay by the due date
11) Any relevant market day information will be posted in our Facebook market group page. we will add you upon approval to the market
12) If you damage the park in any way, you will be responsible for the repair costs

***Please note that there isnt any power at this venure and you are required to bring your own
