• 2026 State of the Network Survey

  • Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey! Your responses will help us better understand the work our members are doing, what support would be most meaningful, and how we can connect members to one another.

We know that no one person might have all the answers, and that’s totally okay. We encourage you to check in with a colleague before completing that section. Collaboration is welcome (and even encouraged!) as you go through the survey. Each response helps us build a more complete picture of our Network. Your responses will be aggregated and anonymized. Key findings will be shared back with the network at the Annual Network Meeting (ANM).

This survey should take about 15–20 minutes to complete.

Note: You don’t need to fill anything out in the preview—it's just there to help you feel more prepared. The actual survey is where your responses will be recorded.

  • Organization Information

Before we dive in, we’d like to confirm key details about your organization and who’s best to contact for future follow-up or collaboration opportunities. This ensures we can stay connected and share relevant insights or invitations with the right person. We rely on the point person to bring back Network learnings and resources to your colleagues, identify staff to participate in Network activities, and help shape our Network’s priorities.
