2026 Grand Arch Council Hotel Room Request Form
Let us know your need for additional hotel rooms. It's MARCH and our hotel room block is already full! We are working with the hotel to identify additional rooms for those of you who have not yet booked a room. Please provide your details and the dates for each room you require. The first event (Welcome Reception) will take place at 6pm on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 and the final event (Final Banquet) will take place at 7pm on Saturday, July 18, 2026. The Fraternity will also be hosting the Amici Open Golf Scramble at 7am on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 7am (Registration required).
Please note: We are anticipating that all available rooms will have a King Bed and a pull-out couch.
