Dear Valued Partner and Supporter,

We are Holy Family Catholic Church, located in Newark, Delaware and our Annual Holy Family Summerfest is being held on the parish grounds on July 15th thru 19th, 2026.

Here is how you can help:

Become an event sponsor; please fill this included form to donate a basket, package, or in-kind items or services that will benefit our live raffle during the event. Any gift is greatly appreciated. Please fill out the attached Form listed here and submit it with the appropriate package that you want for sponsorship promotion.

What you can expect in return:

All donations are tax-deductible at fair market value

Any gift/sponsorship valued at $100.00 or more will receive acknowledgement on our event website.

Overall, this is a great way to show your customers and potential customers that you believe in your community and supporting great local events to create community. Please note, all sponsorships must be received by Tuesday, June 20th in order to be acknowledged correctly and appropriately.

Mailed checks could take roughly 2 weeks to get to us. If mailing in check,please call within a week of mailing to confirm that we have received the check for your potential sponsorship.
