2026 NEIBA Fall Conference Author Submissions

Submit an author for NEIBA's 2026 Fall Conference

September 15 - 17 in Newton, Massachusetts
To submit an author for NEIBA's 2026 Fall Conference, which will take place Sept 15-17 at the Boston Marriott Newton Hotel in Newton, MA, please complete the following form. Please confirm that your author/illustrator is available to attend before submitting them.

The Fall Conference offers multiple author events: keynotes (one that opens the event, and one over lunch on the final day of the event), an author reception (a relaxed atmosphere in which 25 authors, all seated at individual tables, sign books for bookseller attendees and make connections), and four breakfasts: two where four children's authors/illustrators present and two where four adult authors present. We're looking for authors with new books publishing in Fall 2026 or Winter/Spring 2027 (as long as galleys are available). These author appearances are only open to publishers. We do not accept submissions directly from authors.

In addition to the fees outlined below, we also require that you provide physical copies of each title (finished copies or galleys) for bookseller attendees. Shipping information will be provided as the event date approaches.
