• CEB Presentation Request - Virtual Visit

Complete this form to request a 60-minute virtual presentation lead by a Chapter Excellence Board (CEB) Advisor or a National Staff member.
  • Chapter Contact

This individual will coordinate the presentation with the Chapter and communicate with National Staff / Chapter Excellence Board.

  • Chapter Visit Date

Here are some things to consider when selecting possible dates for a Chapter Presentation:

    • Usual Chapter Meeting time - can this be scheduled immediately following a time when all Members will already be together?
    • Timing of breaks - Steer clear of days immediately before, during, or after a scheduled break for your college/university.
    • Timing of midterms/finals and related study days - Avoid scheduling your Chapter Visit at a time when most students will be focused on exams and project deadlines.

Provide three dates when you would most prefer to have a CEB Member or Staff Member present to the Chapter.

CEB Member will join virtually via Google Meet so the Chapter will be responsible for coordinating the room setup for the Chapter Meeting.

The Chapter will be responsible for finding a room on campus that has the appropriate AV setup for all Members to be able to gather and participate.

If Chapter Members are going to join virtually please make note of that.

    Keep the Momentum: Recruitment365
