USTA Chicago (CDTA) Adult League Team Application

CDTA will offer league play at two times: Weeknight/Weekend Leagues and Weekday Leagues.
Teams participating in the
Weeknight/Weekend League
must provide home court days/times per the following:
Monday - Thursday: 6:30 p.m. earliest start time; 7:30 p.m. latest start time
Friday: 7:00 p.m. earliest start; 8:00 p.m. latest start
Saturday/Sunday: 9:00 a.m. earliest start; 5:00 p.m. latest start if outdoors without lights; 7:00 p.m. latest start time if indoors or outdoors with lights.
Teams participating in the
Weekday League
(available to 65&O and Tri-level only) must provide home court days/times:
Monday or Tuesday ONLY - 10:00 a.m. earliest start; 2:00 p.m. latest start
Summer 2026 runs from May 8th - July 26th for 18&O and 40&O; May 8th - August 23rd for all other leagues.
The CDTA Adult League program includes teams playing out of clubs/facilities physically located in the Chicago District (Cook, Lake, and DuPage counties).

for Leagues/Flights offered, court format and team composition. League organizers reserve the right to cancel any league/flight that does not have enough teams for a viable season.

All applications for participation in the League program must include home match day and time.
A maximum of two teams can share the same court time. Additional applications for the same time will be denied.
The Summer 2026
application deadline
is 03/27/26.
*TEAM NUMBER FIELD WILL BE COMPLETED BY USTA CHICAGO. A team number will be assigned after your application has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email upon submission of your team application and a second email confirmation with your assigned team number.
