• Approved Vendor Application

  • All vendors participating in Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA) sanctioned Invitational Tournaments or OLA Special Events must be approved by the Ontario Lacrosse Association prior to attending events. The OLA offers two vendor participation options for the 2026 season:



    OLA Approved Vendor Program
    Intended for vendors interested in participating in multiple Invitational Tournaments and/or OLA Special Events throughout the season.

    Approved Vendors are listed on the official OLA Approved Vendor Directory and receive access to Invitational Tournament and OLA Special Event opportunities throughout the season. The program also includes centralized vendor coordination through the OLA to help streamline communication and event participation, while select events may offer vendor exclusivity opportunities based on vendor category and availability.

    Participation in the OLA Approved Vendor Program requires a $300 annual Approved Vendor Program fee, plus additional event-specific vendor fees. Invitational Tournament vendor fees are generally $300 per event, while select larger OLA Special Events may have higher vendor fees based on event size and attendance. Event participation remains subject to availability and approval by tournament/event coordinators.



    Single Event Vendor Option (Invitational Tournaments Only)
    Intended for vendors interested in attending only one Invitational Tournament during the season.

    Single Event Vendors are approved for participation at one Invitational Tournament only and are not added to the official OLA Approved Vendor Directory or eligible to attend OLA Special Events. Vendors wishing to participate in additional events throughout the season will be required to enroll in the full OLA Approved Vendor Program.

    Participation in an Invitational Tournament remains subject to availability and approval by tournament/event coordinators. Single Event Vendors are subject to the applicable event vendor fee ($300) plus a one-time $75 administrative fee. Should a vendor later wish to attend additional events during the season, the $75 administrative fee may be credited toward the annual Approved Vendor Program fee.

    This application collects business information and required documentation to determine vendor eligibility and approval status.

    Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required municipal permits, licences, or approvals necessary to operate at tournaments and events.

    Before starting the application, please ensure you have the following ready for upload:

    • Ontario Business Registration
    • PST/GST Registration (if registered)
    • Principal Owner Driver’s Licence
    • Certificate of Insurance with a minimum $2,000,000 liability coverage with “Ontario Lacrosse Association” listed as Additionally Insured

  • OLA Special Event and Invitational Tournament Participation

  • The events listed below are OLA-operated or Invitational Tournament events and are sold separate from the annual $300 OLA Approved Vendor Fee.

    Selecting an event indicates your interest in participating as a vendor. Vendor space may be limited and participation is subject to approval by the Ontario Lacrosse Association.

    Vendors who express interest will receive follow-up communication with event details, availability, and participation requirements, including any applicable fees.
