Vendors must be approved by the Ontario Lacrosse Association before participating in any sanctioned tournaments or events. Only vendors listed on the approved vendor list may operate at these events.

This application collects business information and required documentation to determine eligibility for the approved vendor program, which must be renewed annually. Approved vendors are required to pay a $300 annual approved vendor fee.
Participation in Ontario Lacrosse Invitational Tournaments and OLA Special Events is subject to availability, approval by event coordinators, and additional event-specific fees.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required municipal permits, licences, or approvals necessary to operate at tournaments and events.
Before starting the application, please ensure you have the following ready for upload:
- Ontario Business Registration
- PST/GST Registration (if registered)
- Principal Owner Driver’s Licence
- Certificate of Insurance with a minimum $2,000,000 liability coverage and "Ontario Lacrosse Association" MUST be listed as “Additionally Insured.”
All vendors are required to submit the above documentation as part of the application process.
You will also have the option to upload a business logo, which may be used for vendor listings, event promotion, or social media.
All documents are kept confidential and are used solely for administrative and verification purposes by the Ontario Lacrosse Association.
Please note that the application must be completed and submitted in one session. Ensure all required information and documents are available before beginning.
