Beats by the River

Booth information:

• All spaces are approximately 10’ x 10’. Additional space is available for an additional fee.
• Vendors shall provide their own tent, table, signage, extension cords.
• Tent and tables can be provided for a rental fee. Both must be requested in advance. Quanities are limited. 
• Electricity is not provided unless requested and paid in advance. Availability is limited.
• Payment in full (including deposit) is due 30 days prior to the event (5/14/2026).

• Merchandise vendor fee: $225

• Non-profit/educational vendor: $150

• Application fee due at time of application: $50

• Refundable deposit: $100 (to be refunded the week after the event.)

The following items may not be sold, distributed, or promoted at the event:

• Any item that is illegal or prohibited by federal, state, or local law or ordinance.
• Items or merchandise of political, campaign related, patriotic nature, or that endorses a politician.
• Weapons, fireworks, explosives, or items that may pose a safety hazard.
• Counterfeit, trademark infringing, or unauthorized branded merchandise.

Vendor Terms and Conditions

• All vendors must have their area cleaned by 11pm. Failure to do so will result in Vendor forfeiting the depost. This includes any equipment, trash, or items left behind overnight.
• A refund will not be provided if the event is canceled by the event organizer due to severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the organizer's control.
• Application fee will not be refunded. Vendor fee will not be refunded if approved. 
• Failure of the vendor to appear at the event will not result in a refund of any fees paid. 
• Participation, exhibition, or sale of goods or services at the event does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by the event organizer of any vendor, product, or service.
• Vendors are responsible for their own products, services, equipment, and conduct. The event organizer assumes no responsibility for vendor merchandise, property damage, loss, or injury.
• Food vendors must have a valid permit to sell food through the State of Wisconsin and liability insurance.
• Vendors may not extend beyond or occupy space outside their designated vendor area, including blocking or encroaching upon adjacent vendor spaces.
• No vendor display, signage, or equipment may block or obstruct neighboring vendors or public walkways.
• Merchant vendors must remain open and staffed until 8pm unless otherwise approved by the event organizer.
• Booth may not be left unattended more than 30 minutes at a time.
• The event organizer reserves the right to assign and direct the location of all vendor booths. Vendor placement is determined at the sole discretion of the event organizer and may be adjusted if necessary for operational, safety, or event management purposes. Vendor booth location is not guaranteed until final event layout is determined. Vendors must comply with all placement directions provided by the event organizer or event staff.

Enforcement of Terms

• Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this agreement may result in forfeiture of the vendor deposit and may result in the vendor being required to cease operations or vacate the event premises at the discretion of the event organizer.

By Signing below vendor agrees to the terms listed above.

After signing the agreement you will be emailed an invoice for total amount due. Minimum payment is the application fee. Application fee is due within 24 hours of submission.
