Clone of Spring Fling 2025 Mother's Day Weekend Market Registration & Application

The Spring Fling Craft and Vendor Show will be taking place on Saturday May 9th 2026 from 9am to 2pm as a Mother's Day Weekend Market this year. This show is open to all vendors: Direct Sales, Consultants, Local Businesses and Organizations wishing to Share info, Peer to Peer Sales, Crafters, Artists, Hobbyists, etc. The cost for a 20'x20' space is $50 for the day. The fee includes an advertistisement for the business on the big screen to run from April 24th - Mother's Day May 10th and our new bonus advertising areas on the Marquee and inside the Snack Bar($150 Value). We will also gift each registered business a $43 value Date Night Combo to use or giveaway as a marketing bonus. We have space for roughly 120 vendors and all are welcome to participate. Payment for the show must be made by May 2nd to participate. Set up will take place from 7:30 am to 9am the day of the show. Your registration and payment will secure your spot for this event. We will close registration once we hit 120 vendors as we will not have room for any more! We will be in contact as we get closer to the event with more details on set up and teardown. If you choose to pay via check, we won't guarantee your spot until payment has been made, so place send those in quickly once you complete this form.

Food Vendors are welcome for this event, however We are only accepting 8 total. Food vendors are any direct prepared on site food and drink vendors(BBQ, Pizza, Coffee, Chicken etc) and you are welcome to offer breakfast, lunch, ice cream, coffee etc. for options. You MUST have a valid permit for Ford County to participate as a prepared food vendor! Our Burger Barn will be open with a full menu for lunch as well as a breakfast menu for the show, so we prefer to have non-similar food options for vendors that sign up.

We will be running advertising on the radio and in print/social media from March 20th until the date of the show.

Admission for shoppers is free as is parking.
