You've learned to prompt. Now it's time to build.
The SFA Women in FinTech Subcommittee is launching the Agentic AI Builder Series - a hands-on, practitioner-led workshop series for professionals ready to move beyond prompting and start designing AI systems that actually do things.
No fluff. No theory overload. No slides you’ll forget the next day. Every session ends with a working artifact that you built yourself.
Register below for Workshop 1 - and start building today.
Workshop 1: Agentic Workflow Foundations - Building Your First Agent
What You'll Build: In this first session brought to you in collaboration with the Claude Code SG Community, you won't just learn what agentic AI is - you'll build one.
Starting with a use case that's personal, relatable, and immediately useful, you'll design and deploy your first functional agentic workflow from scratch - then see exactly how that same architecture translates directly into a professional or enterprise context.
By the end of this session you will have your first working AI agent - not a prototype, not a concept, something you can actually use; a clear mental model for how agentic workflows are structured and where they create real value; hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool integration - the building blocks of every serious agentic system; and a foundation you can immediately extend into your own work context.
Who This Is For: This workshop is designed for you if you use AI tools regularly but want to go deeper than prompting; you're curious about agentic AI but don't know where to start; you want to build workflows that save time, reduce repetition, and actually run; you're exploring how to bring AI agents into your team or organisation; or you have zero to some coding experience.
