AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By registering for this event, I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Medical Disclaimer I understand that the workshops and offerings provided by The Pulsecheck Project and its special guests are intended for wellness purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Physical Risk & Responsibility I recognize that participation in fitness or wellness activities involves physical exertion which may be strenuous and carries a risk of physical injury. I am fully aware of these risks and hazards. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation. It is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating in any new activity program.

3. Personal Conduct & Safety I agree to listen to my body and respect its limits. If at any time I feel discomfort or pain, I will inform the instructor or choose to stop and rest. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to notify the instructor of any serious illness or injury prior to the start of each session.

4. Liability Release I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. I agree that neither the instructors, the organizers, nor the hosting facility shall be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property resulting from my participation in this event.

5. Payment & Cancellation Policy I understand that all payments for this workshop are final and non-refundable. Tickets are transferable in the event you cannot attend.

6. Exclusion of Participation The organizers reserve the right to exclude any participant from the event, after an initial warning, if they:

Conceal physical or health issues that render them unfit for the activity.
Cause disruptions that endanger the safety of themselves, other participants, or staff.

Risk damage to the facility or equipment. In such cases, the contract will be terminated immediately without a refund, and any outstanding costs remain the responsibility of the participant.
Acknowledgment of Terms: I have read this Release and Waiver of Liability and fully understand its contents, including the Refund and Cancellation policies. I voluntarily agree to these terms and conditions.
