  • Use this form to plan your curriculum for each subject for the 2026/2027 school year. This document helps you identify teaching materials for each subject area. The chatbot above should be able to answer questions and make curriculum suggestions.

    Please use the resources provided in the link below to help you with your planning. You will need to create a curriculum order based on the YEP. Your order will not be processed until the planning document has been completed and approved by your homeroom teacher.

    Ordering Resources Document for Families

    Fill out a separate form for each student. This is specifically for K-5 students to ensure simplicity and clarity for parents.

    Note: While you can use religious curriculum, it can't be ordered through the school so you will need to purchase it on your own.

  • For returning families: Who is your Homeroom teacher? (The one that writes your Monday Memo)*
  • For new families: Are you enrolling more than one new K-5 student with us?*
  • For new families: Please choose this student's grade level for 26/27*
  • Language Arts: What will your student be doing for ELA at home? Include the specific name of the curriculum and supplements that you plan to use. (Consider phonics, phonemic awareness, fluency, reading, writing, grammar, spelling, vocabulary, handwriting, supplemental programs like IXL, etc). Put N/A in the box if you don't teach that or your student is not in the recommended range.

  • Do you plan to sign your student up for the EOP teacher-taught virtual science class offered twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays (2 classes/week):*
  • Do you plan to sign your student up for the EOP teacher-taught virtual social studies class offered twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays (2 classes/week):*
  • Does your student attend another educational setting?*
  • Should be Empty:
