Submit and update all required customs documents for your shipment. Clients are responsible for timely and accurate document submission. Mandatory documents are required for processing.
Important Submission Rules
Clients are fully responsible for the timely, complete, and accurate submission of all shipment documents. Mandatory documents are AWB / BL and Invoice. Additional documents must be submitted when available or when required for customs clearance. All required documents must be submitted at least 7 days before the shipment arrives in Suriname. Any file submitted fewer than 7 days before arrival will be treated as a late file and may be delayed without exception. Same-day or next-day clearance is not guaranteed for late, incomplete, missing, or incorrect files. Vitalux will not be held responsible for delays, penalties, storage, demurrage, additional handling charges, or any other consequences arising from late, missing, incomplete, incorrect, or negligently submitted documents from the client side. Clients with late files may not demand priority handling over other clients. Any extra costs resulting from such late, missing, incomplete, or incorrect documentation are solely the responsibility of the client. If additional documents are required later, the client must use the same shipment submission or update link so that all documents remain under one shipment file. Upload clear PDF files only.
