I understand that accidents may happen and agree not to hold the Cremona Municipal Library liable for any accidental injury, exposure to viruses, property loss or damage sustained while participating in the Summer Reading Club in the absence of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I understand that my child may be off library premises for certain activities during Summer Reading Club (within walking distance of the library). If you have any questions about this, please contact the library.
Photo Release
I give permission for the Cremona Municipal Library to photograph or video my child while engaging in the Summer Reading Club with other children. Photographs and video may be shared in the library’s social media, with local news media and in promotional materials.

Program Dates

Select all the dates that your child plans to attend (you can always let us know if plans change & unable/ able to attend sessions). Select the time next to each week's calendar to highlight. *******Ages 5-8 will attend 10 am - 12pm. Ages 9+ will attend 1 pm - 4 pm.
Week 1- July 6 **Ages 5-8 @ 10am. Ages 9+ @ 1pm.
Week 2- July 13 **Ages 5-8 @ 10am. Ages 9+ @ 1pm.
Week 3- July 20 **Ages 5-8 @ 10am. Ages 9+ @ 1pm.
Week 4- July 27 **Ages 5-8 @ 10am. Ages 9+ @ 1pm.
Week 5- August 10 **Ages 5-8 @ 10am. Ages 9+ @ 1pm.
Week 6- August 17 **Ages 5-8 @ 10am. Ages 9+ @ 1pm.
Week 7: SRC Wrap-Up Party August 24 **All ages 1:00-4:00pm**
