STEM
Laser Labyrinth, Reflect and Direct:
In this hands-on, interactive workshop, we’ll blend the exciting worlds of math, science, and technology to simulate sending message signals through a mountainous forest to a precise control point. Utilizing 3D-printed mirror stands, you will work to find the perfect angle to bounce a laser beam around obstacles and hit its target. This engaging challenge not only sparks creativity but also sharpens the problem-solving skills essential for fields like engineering, mathematics, and physics, offering a dynamic, real-world learning experience.

Jewish Studies
The Jewish Art of Debate
You probably have heard the joke about two Jews and three opinions, but where did this notion that disagreement is an essential feature of Judaism come from? Through an interactive text study, we will examine the Jewish principle of Machloket/disagreement, explore what both good and bad debate looks like, and think through the promises and pitfalls of trying to live out this value in a pluralistic community.
Arts
"Yes, and… I’m an artist!”
In this dynamic, hands-on workshop we will combine the foundational principals of improvisation with the fundamental elements of visual art. Make art with us as we embrace spontaneity, collaboration, and creative risk-taking and offer a small taste of our approach to developing confident, expressive young artists who can think on their feet while creating meaningful work – skills that extend far beyond the studio and stage.

Israel Education
The History That Isn't Settled
In this fast-paced, discussion-driven session, we'll step into one of the most explosive debates in Israeli history: should the Jewish state accept money from the country that murdered six million Jews? You'll hear the arguments that tore through Israeli society in 1952 — survivors vs. politicians, memory vs. survival, principle vs. pragmatism — and decide for yourself where you stand. This is history that isn't settled, and in ten minutes, you'll understand why it still matters.
