Live Grey~ Inc. — Client Measurement Agreement
By submitting this form, I confirm that the measurements provided are accurate to the best of my knowledge.
I understand that these measurements will be used by Live Grey~ Inc. for the creation of bespoke garments and tailored products. These measurements will remain on file and may be used for the creation of future bespoke garments unless a new measurement appointment is requested and completed.
If measurements are taken directly by Live Grey~ Inc., those measurements will serve as the official measurements used for my bespoke garments.
If measurements are submitted by me or by a third party outside of Live Grey~ Inc., I acknowledge that the accuracy of those measurements is my responsibility.
I understand that body measurements may change over time and that it is my responsibility to request a new measurement appointment with Live Grey~ Inc. should any changes occur that may affect garment fit.
By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree that the measurements provided will remain the official measurements used by Live Grey~ Inc. until updated measurements are requested and recorded.
