SPACE (Stuttering, People, Arts, Community, Education) ("SPACE") is offering an in-person event addressed to people who stutter ("Stuttering Hang"). By participating in Stuttering Hang, the participant, and, if applicable, their parents/legal guardians and other family members (the "Participating Parties") irrevocably consent to the following:
SPACE may capture and use photos, images, likenesses, voices, videos and other forms of visual or sound recordings of the Participating Parties in relation to Stuttering Hang for educational, public relations, publication and marketing purposes ("Media Activity"). The Participating Parties consent to the collection and use of the Media Collection by SPACE and its affiliates, successors, agents, assigns and licensees (the "Authorized Persons") and irrevocably waive all "moral rights" in the Media Activity and release the Authorized Persons and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers and representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses and expenses relating to the Media Activity and/or the use thereof by or on behalf of the Authorized Persons.
The Participating Parties understand that the participation in Stuttering Hang is completely voluntary. The Participating Parties hereby fully and forever release and discharge SPACE from, and expressly waive, any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, that may arise from my participation in Stuttering Hang. The Participating Parties agree not to make or bring any such claim or demand against SPACE, and fully and forever release and discharge SPACE from liability under such claims or demands.
