The Children’s Ministry Associate reports to the Children’s Pastor and invests in the lives of children, encouraging them to grow in their faith, build great friendships, and develop a servant's heart. This role partners with the Children’s Pastor and volunteer leaders to help lead children toward becoming disciples of Jesus Christ, foster a fun and safe environment for learning, support and equip parents to keep faith conversations going at home, and motivate children to live out biblical lessons in their daily lives while sharing their faith with others.
