About This Section

The Utility Cost Optimization (UCO) program has two parts:

1. Lookback Audit

A review up to 3 years of your utility billing history for errors, overcharges, and credits you were never issued. If errors or overcharges are found, you are entitled to a refund of overcharges.

2. Rate Optimization

Your current rates are reviewed against the competitive energy market to identify better pricing going forward.
