ROBORAMS Robotics Training Academy 2026

These forms are required for your children to attend camp.
Any youth going into 4th to 9th grade can register for ROBORAMS Training Academy 2026. The Robotics Training Academy is for all experience levels. Youth will learn to code and build a robot. The week will wrap up with a competition on June 12th during camp times in the Gym.

Monday June 8th - Friday June 12th
8:00 -11:00 AM (beginner, FLL)
12:00 - 3:00 PM (intermediate/advanced, VEX)
** Friday June 12th is the competition day in the Gym during camp times.

Emergency Contact: In the case of illness or accident, I hereby request and authorize ROBORAMS, Partners and its designated Facilitators or Manager to attempt to contact the guardian at the provided listed number above. If the guardian cannot be reached within 2 minutes, I hereby authorize the camps to transport the child by Ambulance at Guardian’s expense to the nearest hospital. All costs will be the responsibility of the Guardian.

Waiver Agreement: Activity Summer Camp
Half Day Morning, Program time is from 8:00 to 11:00 am

Half Day Afternoon, Program time is from 12:00 to 3:00 pm

Lunch Supervision and food. We only offer ½ day programs this year. Students will be given snacks during each session.

Personal Property including Electronics. Parents will not hold ROBORAMS, MVTHS or the hosting facilities liable for any loss or damage.

Behavioral issues or problems: We will endeavor to work with all children, but if your child is disruptive, we will call you to intervene twice, and the third time we will ask you to pick up your child, with no refund. Any physical violence between campers will result in both campers being dismissed with no refund.

Publicity Release: Pictures and Videos are taken by staff and participants of both the robots and the campers, some of the pictures will be given to the participants, posted on Social Media like Facebook and others may be used in advertising on our WEB pages, Social Media, Facebook or in Print. I grant to ROBORAMS Partners, its representatives, assignees, employees and successors the right to take photographs and videos of my child in connection with the above-identified subject. I authorize ROBORAMS, its assignees and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that ROBORAMS and its assignees may use such photographs of my child with or without his/her name and for any lawful purpose, including for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content in perpetuity.

I, the above named participant, am 18 years of age or older and have voluntarily applied to have my child in the above Activity or Trip. I acknowledge that the nature of the Activity or Trip may expose me to hazards or risks that may result in my illness, personal injury, or death and I understand and appreciate the nature of such hazards and risks.

I agree to follow all terms of the Agreement and;

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT TO BE A RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION FOR MY CHILD’s SICKNESS, INJURY OR DEATH OR DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY THAT OCCURS WHILE PARTICIPATING IN THE DESCRIBED ACTIVITY AND IT OBLIGATES ME TO INDEMNIFY THE

PARTIES NAMED FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR INJURY OR DEATH OF ANY PERSON AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY CAUSED BY MY NEGLIGENT OR INTENTIONAL ACT OR OMISSION.
