All vehicles that are staying for more than 30 minutes must display a pass in their front window while at CubJAM. The pass covers your vehicle for the whole of the event.
Please be aware, vehicles and contents are left entirely at the owner’s risk. The management of Rutland Showground or Leicestershire Scouts is not liable for any loss, or damage to vehicles and owners should ensure they have adequate insurance to cover this.
NOTE : Rented Van's or Vehicle Changes
If you are using a rented van and do not yet know the number plate, please enter RENTEDVAN in the number plate field. Once you know the registration, you can edit the booking and update it with the correct plate.
You can edit any details at any time by using the booking confirmation email and clicking the “Edit Submission” button.
