3. Services Provided
ClickPic agrees to provide a digital photo booth experience including:
• Professional digital photo booth setup
• Instant digital sharing (QR code, text message, email, AirDrop)
• Fun prop table for guests
• Custom photo template for the event
• On-site booth attendant (if applicable)
• Optional add-ons selected by the client

Deposit Required to Secure Date: $50.00- Invoice sent via Sqaure
The deposit is required to officially reserve the event date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or electronic payment services.
Client understands that the deposit is non-refundable because the event date is reserved exclusively for them.
6. Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels within 7 days of the event, ClickPic reserves the right to retain up to the full event balance due to loss of booking opportunities.
7. Setup Requirements
Client agrees to provide:
- At least a 6 ft x 6 ft space for booth setup
- Access to a standard power outlet within 10 feet
- Protection from weather for outdoor events
ClickPic requires approximately 30-45 minutes for setup and breakdown.
8. Overtime
If the client requests the booth to stay longer than the agreed time and the attendant is able to stay, additional time will be billed at:
Overtime Rate: $50/hour

9. Damage or Misuse
Client is responsible for any damage caused by guests due to misuse, negligence, or unsafe behavior around equipment, props, printer, or booth hardware.
10. Photo & Marketing Release
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, ClickPic may use photos taken at the event for marketing purposes including social media, website galleries, or promotional materials.

11. Limitation of Liability
If equipment failure, power outage, or other unforeseen circumstances prevent ClickPic from fulfilling the service, liability is limited to a refund of payments made by the client.
