- Cell phones are not permitted in class. Please silence your phone before class begins.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
- You will be asked to sign a waiver of liability prior to class beginning.
- It is not recommended to eat under an hour or so before class. Drink plenty of water before and after to ensure good hydration! Electrolytes are great for after a flow.
- You are ready now! Whatever your yoga experience, or body's history; yoga is perfect for you now. There is nothing to prepare for. Just be ready to move and flow! Whatever your body needs, yoga will provide for you.
