1. Commission Details
The Artist agrees to create the following custom artwork:
30x30” Bridal Bouquet Painting
Oil and mixed media on gallery-wrapped canvas
Artwork will be created in the Artist’s established style using client-provided reference photos.
2. Payment Terms
Total Price: $450
Deposit Paid Today: $50
Remaining Balance Due: $400
For 30x30 commissions, a non-refundable deposit secures the client’s commission slot and current pricing. 50% of the total price is due before painting begins, and the remaining balance is due prior to delivery or shipment. Payment plan options are available upon request.
3. Timeline
For future brides, work will begin after the wedding once high-quality bouquet photos are provided. Estimated completion time is approximately 6–8 weeks after receiving reference images.
4. Reference Images
Client agrees to provide clear, high-resolution photos of the bouquet. Final artwork quality depends on the quality of reference images provided.
5. Artistic Discretion
Client understands that the artwork will be created in the Artist’s established style. Minor refinement requests may be considered, but overall artistic interpretation remains at the Artist’s discretion.
6. Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure a custom commission slot. If the Client cancels before work has begun, the deposit may be applied toward another artwork within 6 months at the Artist’s discretion.
7. Delivery
Local delivery (Central Arkansas) or shipping available. Delivery outside of Central Arkansas may also be available for an additional fee. Shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the Client.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
