Consent to Photograph /Videotape / Interview

By submitting this form you hereby agree and give permission for Discovery Center at Water's Edge (DCWE) [501(c)3 organization] to record, film, photograph, audiotape, or videotape (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) at the DCWE Science Fair on May 30, 2026, and to display, publish, or distribute these Works for the purposes of promoting the Discovery Center at Water's Edge by publishing and posting on the Discovery Center at Water's Edge website, and posting on social media sites, and publishing Discovery Center at Water's Edge marketing collateral.

I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the Discovery Center at Water's Edge control. I agree that I will not hold the Discovery Center at Water's Edge responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
