Heritage Quilt & Art Show Interest Form
The Lake Cumberland Heritage Quilt & Art Show will be held on the evening of Friday, June 26th at Woodstock Lavender Company on Highway 39 in Somerset. This form is for YOU to let us know you are interested in exhibiting a quilt/quilts and/or artwork at the event. After you submit the form, please send photos of your quilts and/or artwork to sjwckentucky1945@yahoo.com. The deadline to submit exhibits for consideration and the interest form is April 30th.
