  • This initiative offers Malaysian youth the opportunity to explore career pathways in the high-demand manufacturing sector.

    1 Month Training

    3 Months On-the-Job Training (OJT)

     

    Programmes Offered:

    • Industrial Automation (PLC)
    • Electronic Components Design and Validation (IC & PCB Design)
    • Precision CNC Machining (Programming)
    • Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) for Wafer Cleaning - September Intake only.

    What we are looking for:

    • Open to Malaysia youths, from 16 years old up to 30 years old
    • Unemployed 
    • SKM/SPM/SPMV or universities and colleges graduates with a recognised Certificate/Diploma/Degree and above
    • Have not participated in any similar programme
    • Possesses strong interest towards being employed
    • Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering (manufacturing/technical disciplines).

    The programme kicks off with 1 month of intensive training covering both soft skills and technical skills to upskill workplace competencies and enhance technical expertise to ensure talents are workplace-ready. This will be followed by 3 months on-the-job training (OJT) with selected industry partners.
