D&M FIT GYM RULES
To maintain a safe, respectful, and professional training environment, all members and clients must follow the rules below.
1. All sessions must be scheduled in advance. D&M FIT operates by appointment only.
2. Members and guests must wipe down equipment after use.
3. All weights and equipment must be returned to their proper place after use.
4. Proper workout attire and athletic footwear are required.
5. No horseplay, reckless behavior, or unsafe lifting practices are allowed.
6. Guests must be approved in advance and may be required to sign a liability waiver.
7. Respect the facility, equipment, and other clients at all times.
8. Members must follow all safety instructions given by trainers or staff.
9. D&M FIT reserves the right to deny access or terminate services if gym rules are violated.
