Cost

The cost of the Retreat depends on the room you are booking, as follows:

- 3N/4D Single Room: €480 per person

- 3N/4D Double/Twin Room, Sharing: €370 per person

- 2N/3D Single Room: €360 per person

- 2N/3D Double/Twin Room, Sharing: €270 per person

The application form also allows you to suggest a roommate, if you are booking a Double Room. If you do not suggest a roommate, you will be placed with someone by the organisers.

- Deadline for the €150 Deposit - 31 May

- Deadline for the Full Payment - 21 August

All attendees are asked to respect the Code of Conduct and act with civility at all times.

1. You are not to possess, use, or distribute, or sell alcoholic beverages, drugs, firearms, weapons (including knives) or fireworks.

2. You are not to possess or use any tobacco products, e-cigarettes whilst attending the camp.

3. Dress is appropriate and modest, and does not contain any offensive or unpleasant images such as alcoholic beverages, tobacco, sexual reference, violence, or illegal drugs.

4. Items brought to the Retreat are brought at your own risk. The organisers are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

5. Refrain from taking inappropriate photographs of attendees.

6. Use of inappropriate, foul, and vulgar language is strictly prohibited.

7. Visitors are only allowed on the hotel premises if this has been prearranged by the attendee and the organisers prior to the event.

Activity Consent - I consider myself (the attendee) to be fit to take part in all activities.

Photo/Video Consent - I understand that pictures or video may to be taken at this event, and consent to the use of such, that may contain me, in video, on the web or in printed publication, by Seventh-day Adventist Church in Ireland or a third party entity within the Seventh-day Adventist Church organisation.

Transport Consent - I understand that transport may be necessary for activities or other valid reasons. I give permission for me to avail of such transport, so long as it is in a roadworthy vehicle, the driver is insured and has a driving licence relevant to the category of vehicle they are driving.

Medical Consent - In the event of a medical emergency, I agree to receiving any medication as instructed, as well as any urgent dental, medical or surgical treatment, including anaesthetic or blood transfusion, as considered necessary by the medical authorities present.

GDPR Consent - The Seventh-day Adventist Church in Ireland collects and processes information on all people who attend our events. This information is collected on the basis of consent and is used for the essential purposes of running the event, which may include: sending reminders, recording attendance, confirming the payment of fees, ensuring safeguarding, and providing additional services, including pastoral support. Personal information collected for a specific event will be retained for up to two years and may be used to promote future events. Individuals have the right to ask to see any information held about them by submitting a 'Subject Access Request' to the Executive Secretary. They have the right to ask for information which they believe to be incorrect to be rectified, and, in some circumstances to have all of their information removed. To improve the services offered, the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Ireland may share personal data with third parties, but only within the Seventh-day Adventist Church organisation.
