Description:
Jon Savage presents a one-man ASL performance inspired by his experience growing up Deaf with hearing parents. Through ASL, movement, and visual storytelling, he explores how early educational choices shape language access, identity, and long-term outcomes. His artwork, Community Signal Lights, is integrated into the performance to support dialogue around shared responsibility in early childhood education. The piece reflects the Summit theme, Bridging Silos, Building Futures.
