64th Annual Frontier Days Parade Participation Form
This form is to participate in the THURSDAY, May 28, 2026 Frontier Days Parade. As long as your entry follows the parade rules attached below, you will be part of the parade. We will contact you if you do NOT meet the requirements. This year's theme is AMERICA 250: Hometown Proud. Have fun with it! All displays must be family-friendly as many young children attend this event. This year we’re celebrating the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the pride we share in our hometown of Milford.Decorate your float, vehicle, or group in red, white, and blue (with optional silver or gold accents to celebrate 250 years) and showcase what makes our town special - think front porch hangouts, youth sports, local businesses, river adventures, backyard BBQs, and small-town traditions.Let’s celebrate the spirit of America the way we know it best… right here at home. 🇺🇸Be creative, have fun, and show us what it means to be Hometown Proud!YOUR SUBMISSION MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN MAY 8, 2026. PLEASE READ AND AGREE BY TYPING YOUR NAME: Over the past few years, more & more people have been throwing candy or items FROM THE CENTER OF THE ROAD/FROM FLOATS to parade spectators. PER THE MILFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT, THIS IS NOT PERMITTED!!! This year, if your people are caught throwing items to spectators, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PARADE IMMEDIATELY AND YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FUTURE! Only WALKERS may hand out items by walking directly along the curb.

PLEASE READ AND AGREE BY TYPING YOUR NAME: I understand that if I or people from my organization are caught throwing items to spectators during the parade, we may EACH receive a CITATION for DISORDERLY CONDUCT and be FINED up to $235, per the Milford Police Department. But it's easy to avoid this – just don't throw items to spectators!

Non-profit walking unit, 25 people or fewer: $25 (non-profit number noted above or a club such as Boy Scouts)
Non-profit walking unit, 26 people or more: $75 (non-profit number noted above or a club such as Boy Scouts)
School performing groups (such as marching band, cheerleaders; must be performing in parade): FREE
Decorated float: FREE. NOTE: A decorated truck bed is NOT a float.

NO sirens or horns are to be used on the parade route. Any units involving animals/horses MUST clean up their staging area before entering parade. YOU must also clean up behind your animal/horse along the parade route. If float exceeds size listed on this application, we reserve the right to replace your entry in a lineup area with more space, thus forfeiting your original parade number.

Please read & type your name: We hereby make application to participate in the 64th Annual Frontier Day Parade, to take place on THURSDAY, May 28, 2026, in Milford, OH. We understand that providing automobile accident, personal injury and personal liability insurance is our responsibility, and in lieu of providing an Insurance Coverage Certificate, we hereby certify that in the case of an accident, or any other personal injury, we will not hold the Milford Miami Township Chamber of Commerce or any of their personnel responsible for bodily injury, property damage, or other claims, and hereby release any member, officer, trustee, employee, or contractor of the Milford Miami Township Chamber of Commerce for any claim or claims that might arise as a result of bodily injury, property damage or other claims arising out of or as a result of our participation in the parade. We further agree to abide by the rules of the parade and any other local, county, state, or federal requirements that may be in effect at the time of the parade; if we do not follow these rules, we understand we may be removed from the parade immediately and/or not permitted to participate in any future parades/events sponsored by the Milford Miami Chamber of Commerce. In support of the Milford Miami Township Chamber of Commerce, we will require all participants of our organization to use good safety precautions during our participation. In case of an accident or damages incurred, the Milford Miami Township Chamber of Commerce will in no way be held responsible.
