Community CPR Course
First Friday of the Month
This course is a basic, hands-on training program designed to teach members of the community how to recognize and respond to cardiac emergencies. The course focuses on the essential skills needed to perform high-quality chest compressions and provide lifesaving assistance until professional help arrives. Participants learn how to identify signs of sudden cardiac arrest, properly perform hands-only CPR, and, in some cases, how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED). This training is typically short, practical, and does not require prior medical knowledge, making it accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds who want to be prepared to help save a life in an emergency. When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself.
