  • Volunteer Application Form - IPSA Regional Conference in Wrocław

    The application is open to students of the University of Wrocław. Please review the following information carefully and complete the form by 5 May 2026.

  • Availability

    Volunteers must be available in person at the University of Wrocław for the entire duration of the conference on 14-16 October 2026.

    • Wednesday, 14 October | 7:30 – 20:00
    • Thursday, 15 October | 7:30 – 18:30
    • Friday, 16 October | 7:30 – 19:00

    Volunteers must be available for an information session on Tuesday, 13 October 2026 at 17:00.
    Location:  Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wrocław



  • As a volunteer you are required to:

    • attend the information session in person on 13 October.
    • volunteer on 3 days of the conference, 14-16 October.

    You will receive:

    • A volunteer certificate from IPSA;
    • Two meals on each day;
    • Complimentary 2026-2027 IPSA membership.

    Your personal data will be used exclusively for the purposes of organizing and managing this event.

  • Volunteering Positions:

    There will be three (3) volunteer teams:

    Welcome and Registration Team: These volunteers will be placed at key locations in the conference venue(s) to direct participants and at the registration desk to process registration of participants. They will also be helping participants with general inquiries. The volunteers will have a good knowledge of the program and logistical information.

    Room Attendant Team: These volunteers will assist with loading up presentations and minor AV needs in the panel rooms. Badge monitoring may be required. 

    Media/Social Media Team: These volunteers will be asked to attend Opening & Closing Ceremonies and select panels or roundtables to take notes. Volunteers will be required to submit a brief summary (2 paragraphs max.) for each event by 18:00. Strong English skills and a background in communications/journalism or political science are an asset.
