Rafat General Contracting is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to lead crews on municipal roadwork and infrastructure projects across the GTA. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring work such as road grading, asphalt, curbs, sidewalks, and utilities is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, solid technical knowledge of civil construction, and the ability to read drawings, monitor production, and maintain quality control in fast-paced field environments.
