Please take a few moments to fill out the information on this form so that staff can make determinations and fill fashion show performance vacancies for our 2026 Art This Way Fest event schedule. Note: Populating this form does not guarantee your participation. Applicants will hear back from Art This Way / Downtown Fort Wayne in JULY 2026.
Dear fashion designers/artists,
We are excited to add another artistic opportunity to the Art This Way Fest! On Saturday, 10/3/26, we will host a fashion show along Broadway. There will be a dedicated runway area, a DJ / MC, and a crowd to cheer on the show. This application is for fashion designers and stylists who are interested in participating in this fashion show. This application includes artists who are creating their own designs and artists who are using existing vintage/ contemporary pieces to style their model. There is no fee to participate in this fashion show, however, there will be a review of the applicants, and not all artists will be invited to participate in the fashion show. If selected to participate in the show, applicants are required to have three outfits for the show and provide their own models. This is a family friendly event.
