Position Summary
Rafat General Contracting is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead field operations on Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction projects across the GTA. The role is responsible for overseeing daily site activities, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and ensuring projects such as schools, mid-rise buildings, recreation centres, transit facilities, warehouses, and other institutional and commercial developments are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.The ideal candidate has strong leadership and organizational skills, solid technical knowledge of building construction, and the ability to read drawings, manage schedules, maintain quality control, and drive production in fast-paced site environments.
