    The Hooley on Kamm's Corners | Saturday, June 13 | 12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • The Hooley returns for its 17th year! Join in the fun and festivities at West Park's largest street festival. Vendors are encouraged to apply using the information below. Nonprofit partner looking to get involved? Email us at hooley@westparkkamms.org to receive information on nonprofit participation. 

    All vendors must bring their own tent, tables, chairs, signage and inventory.

    FOOD VENDOR 
    Food vendors are selling prepared or hot meals. Use the artisan vendor option for cottage foods, sauces, candies, etc. Food Trucks must reach out to hooley@westparkkamms.org to inquire.

    • Single Booth (10' x 10'): $350
    • Double Booth (20' x 10'): $650
    • Electric access: $25 (limited to 20 amp per vendor)

    COMMERCIAL VENDOR
    Commercial vendors are for larger businesses looking to sell items or gain exposure. Fitness facilities, home improvement companies, insurance sales and banks are considered commercial vendors.  

    • Single Booth (10' x 10'): $225
    • Double Booth (20' x 10'): $400

    ARTISAN VENDOR
    Artisan vendors may only sell handmade/homemade items, jewelry, cottage foods, sauces, self-made art. All items for sale must be made or produced by the vendor.  

    • Single Booth (10' x 10'): $125
      Artisan vendors are required to submit photos of their items and booth setup at time of application! Have them ready before continuing. 

    Located between W. 165th to the Kamm's Plaza area? Small businesses within the event zone or adjacent can receive a $25 or $100 discount off their vendor fee (depending on type of business). Contact us for more information.

    Please read the following information and agree to terms before submitting.
  • Submission of vendor application does not guarantee acceptance. Admission to the event will be communicated to you via email.

    If accepted, you will be sent a payment link and event agreement for signature, which must be signed and returned. 

    Participation is only confirmed after the contract is signed and submitted and registration is paid in full. 

    All goods displayed and/or sold must be approved prior to the festival. 

    There will be no refunds, transfers, or cancellations of vendor participation permitted. 

    The Hooley on Kamm’s Corners™ is an outdoor street festival, although some indoor venues will be open. There are no provisions for a vendor rain site. We recommend that all participating vendors plan to be outdoors, even in the event of rain. There will be no reimbursement of booth payment due to inclement weather. 

    Selling merchandise branded with The Hooley on Kamm’s Corners™ or The Hooley is prohibited. 

    West Park Kamm’s Neighborhood Development and its staff and volunteers shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to property. 

    No generators at vendor booths. No alcohol.

    All tents are required to be weighted and secured properly. Unpredictable weather and wind can come up at any moment creating a safety hazard if the tent is not properly secured. Event organizers reserve the right to demand heavier weights or to have them installed more securely. Lack of compliance will be grounds for removal from event.

    License to Conduct a Temporary Food Service Operation – The Cleveland Department of Public Health requires all food vendors to secure a license to conduct a temporary food service operation or a temporary retail food establishment. Visit the Food Safety section of clevelandhealth.org for details. 

    You must secure this yourself and provide a copy to West Park Kamm's Neighborhood Development before the event. 

    Temporary Permit for Hazardous Materials – The City of Cleveland, Division of Fire Prevention and Safety requires a permit if you plan to use a propane tank or open flame to prepare food (NOTE: you may not use either under the tent). Visit the Division of Fire section of city.cleveland.oh.us for details. Although no permit is required for Sterno, it must be on a non-flammable surface, and the location will require a fire extinguisher. You must secure this yourself and provide a copy with your application. 

    Transient Vendor’s License – Vendors selling outside of their permanent place of business and vendors with no permanent place of business need to obtain a transient vendor’s license from the State of Ohio Department of Taxation. Applications are available online at www.tax.ohio.gov. You must secure this yourself and provide a copy with your application. 

    All vendors will be required to show proof of liability insurance.
