2026 GCDA Camp General Information & Interest Registration

Please complete the interest form below and submit it as soon as possible. Once we receive your form, our team will review it and get back to you within 3–4 business days.

If your child is approved for a camp spot, we’ll send you a link to the full registration packet so you can complete the enrollment process.

Camp Fees & Payment Information
Deposit
A $50 deposit per camper is required at registration to reserve your girl’s spot in camp.
- $25 of the deposit will be applied to your first week of camp or refunded if you cancel at least 2 weeks before camp begins.
- The remaining $25 is non-refundable, unless the camp must be canceled due to circumstances outside our control.
Weekly Camp Fee
The cost for camp during regular hours (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM) is $225 per week. This fee includes:
- All field trips
- Project materials
- A camp T-shirt
- Water and two snacks each day
If you applied for a scholarship, your fee may be different.

Payment Deadlines & Refunds
All camp fees must be paid in full by 5:00 PM on the Wednesday before your child’s camp week begins.

If you prepay and need to cancel, refunds may be issued until noon on Wednesday before the camp week. After that time, refunds are only issued if camp must close due to extreme weather or other unexpected circumstances.

If your girl becomes ill or has an accident, we will do our best to move her to another week of camp if space is available.

Extended Day Option
Extended hours are available from 7:30 AM – 5:45 PM for an additional $25 per week.

Late Pick-Up Fees
If your child is picked up after the agreed-upon time, the following fees apply:
- $20 flat late fee, plus
- $1 per minute after the scheduled pick-up time (after a 15-min grace period).
  Example:
  - If you did not purchase extended day (pickup by 5:30) and arrive at 6:00 PM, the late fee is $35.
  - If you did purchase extended day (pickup by 5:45) and arrive at 6:10 PM, the late fee is $30.
If we cannot reach a parent by 6:00 PM, we will begin contacting the emergency contacts listed on your registration.

These policies help cover staff overtime costs when counselors must stay late with campers.

We do not accept CashApp or Venmo.

Credit card payments can be made through this form (a small processing fee will apply). Payments may also be dropped off in our mailbox at 3064 Highland Oaks Terr.

Returned Checks
A $35 fee will be charged for any check returned by the bank due to insufficient funds.
NOTE - 5 and 6 year olds must have completed Kindergarten.
