CFAC Nomination

Nomination Instructions
You may nominate yourself or another individual. If you plan to nominate someone else, please speak with them first to confirm their interest before submitting the nomination. Please complete the nomination form for either yourself or the person you are nominating. Forms may be submitted online (see below), printed and mailed, or dropped off in person.

Mailing address: Snohomish School District, Attn: Dr. Kent Kultgen, Superintendent, 1601 Avenue D, Snohomish, WA 98290. Forms may also be dropped off at the Resource and Service Center (1601 Avenue D, Snohomish).

The district will contact all nominees to confirm their interest prior to consideration. Nominations are due Friday, April 17. Submissions will be reviewed and final CFAC membership selections will be made by Thursday, April 30. All nominees will be notified once the selection process is complete.
