All NCS Youth Sports Directors are required to file an incident report with NCS for any liability issues at your event that “may or may not” result in a legal issue with NCS. For the sake of clarity, we would rather have an incident report that goes nowhere than be caught with a surprise insurance claim against NCS that does not have the support of an incident report.
