• Host Your Private Pool Party at Fair Oaks Ranch Country Club!

  • Every party includes all the essentials to make hosting easy and enjoyable:

    • Event setup and breakdown
    • Cake and gift tables
    • Tables and seating for all guests
    • Disposable cutlery, plates, cups, and napkins

    Wristband Policy

    All meals come with a wristband for the pool. At the start of the party, a member of our team will hand out wristbands for pool access. Your final headcount for food (due 7 days in advance) will determine how many wristbands you receive.

    Rescheduling & Weather Policy

    A 24-hour notice is required for any event reschedule. The event must be rebooked within 30 days of the original event date. All reschedule requests must be submitted via email to the Private Events Department at haley.mattson@invitedclubs.com.

    Weather cancellations will only be permitted if there is a 40% or greater chance of rain on the day of the event.

  • Food and Beverage

    All pool parties must meet a food and beverage minimum of $300. No outside food or beverages are allowed with the exception of a birthday cake. Final guest count is due seven (7) days in advance of event date to the Private Events Team. If you wish to supply themed plates or cups, please remember plastic only.

  • By signing below, I acknowledge that the selected event date is not guaranteed until confirmed by the Fair Oaks Ranch Private Events Team. Once confirmed, this form will serve as the official contract for my event.

    All guests will receive a wristband at the beginning of the event. Your final guaranteed headcount must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event. This number will determine how many wristbands and how much food is provided.

    All changes to menu selections, headcount, setup, or weather cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed via email to Haley Mattson at haley.mattson@invitedclubs.com.
