Payment is due by: August 15, 2026. Sponsorships received after this date may not appear in the printed program but all other recognition benefits will be honored.
SECTION 5 - TAX INFORMATION
Saturday Academy, Inc. is a Connecticut 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 06-1440458). Your sponsorship contribution may be tax-deductible as a charitable donation or a business marketing expense, to the extent permitted by law. A written acknowledgment of your contribution will be provided upon receipt of payment. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance specific to your situation.
SECTION 6 - ORGANIZER OBLIGATIONS
Saturday Academy, Inc. agrees to deliver all recognition benefits associated with the selected sponsorship tier, contingent upon receipt of payment and all required sponsor materials by the deadlines stated in Section 3. Specifically, Saturday Academy, Inc. agrees to:

• Display the Sponsor’s name and/or logo in the printed Summit program, on event signage, and on the Summit event page as specified in the selected tier.

• Acknowledge the Sponsor verbally from the stage (Ember and above).

• Provide the Sponsor with a reserved display table during the Summit lunch and networking period (Spark and above).

• Include the Sponsor’s brochure or special offer in every attendee packet (Spark and above).

• Feature the Sponsor in the bi-weekly ReFire Don’t Retire newsletter (Blaze and above).

• Provide two complimentary Summit tickets to the Sponsor (Spark and above).

• Acknowledge donated gift certificates or services publicly from the stage and on the Donor Recognition display at registration (Gift Donation).
SECTION 7 - CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations received in writing by July 31, 2026 will receive a full refund, less any materials already produced using the Sponsor’s information.

Cancellations received between August 1 and August 31, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 1, 2026.

In the unlikely event that The ReFire Summit 2026 is cancelled by Saturday Academy, Inc., the Sponsor will receive a full refund of any payment made.
SECTION 8 - GENERAL TERMS
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding this sponsorship. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Saturday Academy, Inc. reserves the right to decline any sponsorship that is inconsistent with the mission and values of the ReFire Summit.
