    Welcome, Wild Woman.

    This gathering is built on connection, curiosity, and community. By registering, you agree to help create an environment where every woman feels welcome, respected, and safe.

    We Agree To:
    Be Kind
    We may come from different backgrounds, beliefs, experiences, and walks of life. We commit to treating one another with respect.

    No Mean Girl Energy
    This is not the place for gossip, bullying, exclusion, judgment, cliques, or drama. We are here to build community, not tear one another down.

    Respect Boundaries
    Every woman has the right to participate at her own comfort level. No one owes anyone their story, vulnerability, physical touch, or personal information.

    Confidentiality Matters
    What is shared within the circle stays within the circle unless explicit permission is given.

    Personal Responsibility
    Each participant is responsible for her own choices, actions, belongings, and well-being throughout the event.

    Support, Don't Fix
    We are here to witness and encourage one another, not to diagnose, counsel, rescue, or pressure anyone.

    Honor the Space
    Treat the venue, facilitators, volunteers, and fellow participants with care and respect.

    Removal from Event
    Cultivating Wild Women reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, harassing, intoxicated, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the event. No refunds will be provided if removal becomes necessary.

    By registering, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to uphold this Community Agreement.

  • Assumption of Risk and Liability Release
    I understand that participation in Cultivating Wild Women events may include activities such as walking on uneven terrain, outdoor activities, movement exercises, group activities, crafting, wellness experiences, and interactions with other participants.

    I acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, insect bites, weather-related conditions, physical exertion, emotional responses, and other unforeseen circumstances.

    I voluntarily choose to participate and accept all risks associated with my attendance.

    I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities offered and understand that I may choose not to participate in any activity at any time.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Cultivating Wild Women LLC, its owner, facilitators, volunteers, venue hosts, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from my participation, attendance, travel to or from the event, or use of event facilities.

    I understand that Cultivating Wild Women is not providing medical, mental health, legal, financial, or therapeutic services. Any information shared during programming is educational and experiential in nature only.

    I agree to take responsibility for my personal property and understand that Cultivating Wild Women is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

    I authorize emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary in an emergency situation where I am unable to provide consent.

    I acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken during the event and grant permission for my image to be used for promotional purposes unless I notify the organizer in writing before the event.

    I have carefully read this agreement and understand its contents. I sign it voluntarily and of my own free will.

  • Required Photo, Video & Media Release
    Cultivating Wild Women events are community-centered experiences that are photographed and recorded for storytelling, marketing, promotional, educational, and business purposes.

    By registering for and attending this event, I acknowledge and agree that photography, video recording, audio recording, livestreaming, and other forms of media capture may occur throughout the event.

    I grant Cultivating Wild Women LLC, its owner, employees, volunteers, contractors, photographers, videographers, successors, licensees, and assigns the unrestricted right to photograph, record, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise use my image, likeness, voice, appearance, statements, and participation in any medium now known or later developed.

    These materials may be used for purposes including, but not limited to:

    Social media content
    Advertising and promotional campaigns
    Website content
    Printed marketing materials
    Event recaps and highlight reels
    Future retreat and event promotion
    Educational and informational materials
    Public relations and media outreach
    Commercial business purposes related to Cultivating Wild Women
    I understand that such media may be edited, altered, cropped, combined with other content, or otherwise modified at the sole discretion of Cultivating Wild Women LLC.

    I acknowledge that I will not receive compensation, royalties, ownership rights, approval rights, inspection rights, or any other payment related to the creation or use of such media.

    I release and hold harmless Cultivating Wild Women LLC and its representatives from any claims arising from the use of such media, including claims related to privacy, publicity rights, likeness, reputation, or compensation.

    I understand that participation in this media release is a mandatory condition of attendance. Individuals who do not agree to this release should not register for or attend the event.
