Thank you for your interest in being part of the 2026 Rossford Balloon & Fireworks Fest – America 250! We are excited to host this three-day regional celebration and invite you to showcase your business or organization in our Heritage Day Showcase on Sunday, July 19, 2026!
Heritage Day celebrates the many varied cultural roots that helped shape Rossford and Northwest Ohio. Vendors should offer products, displays, demonstrations, or foods related to this heritage theme. Appropriate vendors may include ethnic food vendors, cultural organizations, traditional artisans, folk crafts, heritage demonstrations, historical displays, handmade goods, and educational exhibits that reflect their traditions or regional history. Vendors are encouraged to incorporate storytelling, demonstrations, or cultural elements that help visitors experience and learn about these traditions.
Non-profit organizations are welcome to join us for this special event on Heritage Day.
Important Details:
• Vendor participation is Sunday, July 19, 2026
• All vendors must attend for the entire duration
• Registration and payment must be submitted online by May 15, 2026 to secure your space
• Space is limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis
Vendor Tent Information:
This year features a premier Vendor Tent experience. Each approved vendor will receive:
• An 8’ wide x 5’ deep display space*
• One 8-foot table
• Two chairs
* Option to have two or three spaces at a discounted rate.
Please bring your own table covering and display materials.
Electricity is not provided; however, if you are selling food items that require electricity, we will have generators available for food preparation. You must have your own food license. Please contact Beth Genson at bethgenson@visitrossfordohio.com if you will need to hook up to a generator.
Requirements:
Vendors who are selling must hold all required licenses to sell to the public and carry appropriate insurance coverage. A Certificate of Insurance listing the Rossford Convention & Visitors Bureau as Additional Insured must be provided no later than June 26, 2026 (see Vendor Agreement below for full details).
