Important Notice
Final schedule, sports activities, and field trips may be adjusted based on weather, facility availability, and enrollment.
Please fill out a registration form for each student if registering more than one student.
Above fees only applies for sessions during June 8 to August 7.
5% off if register and pay by 4/15/2026
Additional 5% discount if register and pay 4+ weeks by 5/31/2026
Additional 5% sibling discount for siblings by 5/31/2026
Refund Policies
Please note that the registration fee for new students and any material fees are non-refundable.
Class fee will be fully refunded with withdraw notice before April 30, 2026.
If notice is given before May 31st, 2026, the full camp fee can be transferred as credit toward other summer 2026 weeks or 80% camp fee can be credited towards to 2026 Fall programs; or 50% refund. No refunds after June 1st, 2026.
In case of extreme weather or other emergencies, we may cancel or reschedule the class, or switch in-person classes to online formats as needed.
If a student misses class due to personal reasons without prior notice, the missed class will not be refunded or credited. If notice is given in advance, we will do our best to arrange make-up classes, subject to avalibility.
Allergies and Medications
To help us provide a safe and supportive environment for all students, please inform us if your child has any allergies, medical conditions, or requires medications or medical devices (e.g., inhaler, EpiPen). Include the item name and storage location. Parents are responsible for packing any necessary medication of medical devices in the child's backpack, and make sure their child knows where the item is stored and how to access it if needed.
Waivers and Release of Claims
General Release: I release and hold harmless Happy Minds Academy, its owners, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from my child’s participation in the program, including but not limited to injury, illness, property loss, or other incidents.
Health and Safety: While Happy Minds Academy takes reasonable steps to promote a safe and healthy environment for all students, including implementing basic safety protocols, I understand and agree that Happy Minds Academy cannot guarantee the prevention of illness, allergic reactions, or other health-related incidents. I release Happy Minds Academy and its representatives from any claims related to medical or health issues that may arise during the course of the program.
Transportation and Activities: I release Happy Minds Academy, its members, offciers, employees and agents from any claims or liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during transportation to or from the program or any program-related events.
Facility and Equipment Use: I understand that my child will use classroom materials and participate in physical and hands-on activities. I release Happy Minds Academy from any claims arising from the use of program facilities or equipment.
Media Release: I grant permission for my child's image or work to be used in promotional materials, including photos, videos, or somedia posts.
