I understand that hunting and outdoor activities involve inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, property damage, or death.These risks include but are not limited to:• Firearm or archery equipment use• Accidental discharge of weapons• Wildlife encounters• Uneven terrain and natural hazards• Tree stands and elevated blinds• Weather conditions• Travel on rural or off-road terrainI voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in hunting activities.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in hunting activities, I agree to release, waive, and discharge:The hunting property owners, guides, employees, agents, and affiliatesfrom any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, loss, or damages sustained while participating in hunting activities.This release includes claims caused by negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff including but not limited to:• Safe firearm handling• Proper use of tree stands or blinds• Wearing required safety equipment• Following all state hunting regulationsFailure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the hunt without refund.

In the event of injury or medical emergency, I authorize staff to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary.I understand I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

I agree to respect all property rules and conduct myself in a safe and responsible manner while on the property. I accept responsibility for any damage caused by my negligence.
