We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individuals to join our Operations Team (Freight / Internet Fulfillment) at our Bozeman store. In this fast-paced and energetic role, you will help keep our store and online fulfillment operations running smoothly by supporting both incoming freight and outgoing online orders.

As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in receiving shipments, organizing merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory locations, and fulfilling online customer orders. Your work directly impacts the efficiency of our store operations and the quality of our customers’ shopping experience—from our sales floor to their doorstep.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight trucks safely and efficiently.
• Processing incoming shipments and verifying quantities for accuracy.
• Organizing merchandise in the backroom and maintaining accurate storage locations.
• Using technology and inventory systems to locate products on the sales floor and in back stock areas.
• Picking products from the sales floor or backroom to fulfill online customer orders.
• Packing and labeling products securely for shipment.
• Preparing, arranging, and tracking outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Replenishing sales floor inventory by locating and transporting products from the backroom.
• Maintaining accurate records of freight movement, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
• Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock replenishment.
• Addressing order-related issues such as returns, exchanges, or order discrepancies.
• Keeping freight and fulfillment areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Following company safety procedures and loss prevention guidelines.
• Supporting teamwork across departments to help the store run efficiently.
• Maintaining productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and organization.

• Previous retail, warehouse, freight, or fulfillment experience is helpful but not required.

• Previous warehouse, freight, inventory, or fulfillment experience.
• Experience with order management systems (OMS) or shipping software.
• Familiarity with barcode scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse technology.
• Experience using inventory systems or e-commerce platforms.
• Forklift certification helpful.
• Basic math and data entry skills for inventory tracking.
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Customer service experience.
